10 min Laying Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing w/ Feet Elevated on Box

*Starting at 2222 tempo, increase by 1 count every 2 breathes, 2222, 3333, 4444, etc.

*Once you can’t hold tempo, drop back down to 2222 & repeat
